Karaksa Hotel Premier Tokyo Ginza

We loved staying here! The location can't be beaten as it's super close to the main hub of the shopping street and only a short walk to the train station. The service is top-notch, with housekeeping and dry cleaning always taken care of, and a lovely welcome drink upon arrival. The rooms were incredibly cosy and well-equipped, with everything from heating to coffee facilities. The snack bar was a great touch! The staff were amazing, always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in a great location with top-notch amenities and service.

The hotel surprised us with a thoughtful Christmas gift in our rooms. The staff were polite and respectful, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were excellent. The waterfall shower was an awesome touch.

The hotel is in a great spot, just a short walk from Ginza shopping area and close to both Ginza and Shimbashi train stations. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a clean bathroom and even a Dyson hair dryer. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. You can enjoy a traditional Japanese breakfast delivered to your door, and there's even a snack corner at the reception level.

Some nights, there might be noise from activities on the street below, but overall, it's a small issue in an otherwise fantastic hotel experience.

Spacious and clean rooms with a huge bed. The separate toilet from the bath was very convenient. The accommodating team were very good too help us find a lost item. The hotel is located in the trendy Ginza area, close to the metro, bars, shops, and restaurants. The room was modern and had a great shower. The in-room amenities, snacks, and drinks were a nice touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel. a fantastic stay.

The room was professionally fitted out with a huge and comfortable bed. The Handy phone provided was fantastic for answering any queries. It was conveniently located, just minutes away from public transport and a huge mall. The staff was helpful and kind, and we received a room upgrade and sweet treats at check-out.
